On December 9-10,2017, the Final Competition of the 1st “ITeach” National College Students’ Digital Education Application Contest was held in our university and Nanjing Normal University. This contest, themed “Informationization + Educational Application+Innovation” , was hosted by China National Instructive Committee of Higher Education Technology and co-hosted by our university.
270 teams standing out of over 1000 teams selected from more than 100 universities and colleges participated in the final defense. More than 30 experts and around 600 teachers and students from the universities all over the country attended the final competition.
On the opening ceremony, Miao Jiandong, the Vice-president of Nanjing Normal University, and Lan Yaming, the Vice-president of Jiangsu Open University each delivered a speech. Professor Hu Qintai, the Vice-president of Huanan Normal University made a keynote speech.
The 270 teams were categorized into 4 groups ——Knowledge Group, Instrument Group, System Group and Project Group. In the end, 86 teams won the first prize, 161 teams won the second prize and 15 teams won the Awards for Outstanding Organization.
