On June 19, the Opening Ceremony of the 8th College Society Festival was held at Yingtian Stadium. Deputy Secretary, Vice President Jin Lixia, as well as the directors from other departments and all the society supervisors were present at the ceremony.
Zou Jia, the Secretary of Communist Youth League of JSOU made a speech introducing the development and achievements of the societies. Representatives form “Pioneer Association” and “Flag Class” demonstrated their achievements and shared their working experience. Fan Jun, shared his experiences as a society supervisor.
Jin Lixia made a speech at the ceremony, saying that students societies play an important role in enriching the second class activities and livening up the college culture atmosphere. She hoped college students would take advantages of societies to demonstrate their talents and improve their abilities. Afterwards, she announced the festival opening, and launched the opening ceremony with other school leaders.
