On July 30, right before the Army Day, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President Jin Lixia, and Vice President You Jiachun, leading a delegation of 12, paid a visit to a military troop of PLA. The delegation was warmly welcomed by the officers and soldiers of the troop.

You Jiachun reviewed the good relationship and cooperation between JSOU and troops in recent years, and hoped for better mutual development.
You Zhengwu, the political commissar of the troop expressed warm welcome and appreciation to the delegation, and required the troops to optimize the 2018 college military training plan and complete tasks with high quality.
