On March 19, the second seminar on credit bank construction in Yangtze River Delta was held in JSOU. Zhang Xiao, Vice President of JSOU, Zhang Xuan, Director of Jiangsu Credit Bank for Lifelong Education, Er Baoku, Deputy Director, and other experts from Credit Banks in Zhejiang Province, Anhui Province, and Shanghai City were present at the seminar.
Zhang Xiao, on behalf of JSOU delivered hearted welcome speech to the attendees. She looked forward to fruitful achievements with the cooperation efforts from the Credit Banks in Yangtze River Delta. The experts introduced the development, and construction progress of their regional Credit Bank, and communicated on working difficulties and prospects. Meanwhile, they reached an agreement on “The Construction Plan of Open Education Credit Bank in Yangtze River Delta (1st draft) ” and put forward the work plan for the phase.
According to the experts, important issues should be well studied, such as constructing and sharing courses, integrating the credit banks in Yangtze River Delta into national system, seeking cooperation among vocational education groups, improving international communication and cooperation, clearing relationship among open education, vocational education and high education, promoting and advertising the credit bank in Yangtze River Delta.
After the seminar, attendees visited Jiangsu Credit Bank for Lifelong Education, and had an in-depth communication. They agreed that a long-acting learning and communicating mechanism was needed to guarantee the win-win growth of credit banks and fully play their functions.
