A Teach-in meeting about science and technology innovation policies was held in JSOU on May 22 afternoon. Han Qingnian, deputy director of Science and Technology Division, and Huang Yan, deputy director of Finance Office made introductions of the policies to the staffs. Also present was Xu Hao, director of Finance Office.
Han Qingnian made a systematic report of the science and technology research work of JSOU by introducing the “30 Items of Science and Technology Reform”, planning and requirement of JSOU science and technology research work, and the research management polices of JSOU. She also illustrated the significance of “Revitalizing JSOU through Science and Technology Research Strategy” put forward at the Second Congress of Party Representatives.
Huang Yan analyzed the structure of fund input of Jiangsu Higher Education, and pointed that the scientific research work of JSOU had been steadily improved, and the input in research subsidizing and awarding had been continuously increasing. He also explained the revision of the scientific research funds policies of JSOU.
