On October 22 to 23, 2019 Universal Lifelong Learning Week of Jiangsu kicked off in Yangzhou City. The activity of this year is themed “Promoting Lifelong Learning; Constructing a Learning Province”. The opening ceremony was presided by Cao Yumei, vice governor of Jiangsu province. Ge Daokai, director of Jiangsu Education Department made a speech. Wang Jiang, vice governor of Jiangsu Province announced the opening of the activity. Wu Zhongning, vice president of JSOU attended the opening ceremony.
