On October 22, China Education Newspaper reported the ten years’ development of “Jiangsu Learning Online”, an online learning website run by JSOU. The website opened in 2009 has been playing an important role in social education of Jiangsu. It functions as an open platform which provides online support and service for learning. and makes it possible for everyone to learn anytime and anywhere.
