Confronted with severe situation of epidemic prevention and control, Communist Party members of the teaching staff and students of JSOU recently launched a voluntary donation to support the fight against the COVID-19 .
Party Secretary Wang Jianming, and President Cui Xinyou, as well as other university leaders took the lead. Teaching staff and students, even the retired Party members donated actively. By 3rd of March, a total of 84.393 yuan had been donated by 578 party members and had been handed over to Jiangsu Provincial Committee of Education.
Many of the party members had lent a helping hand even before the donation by giving out money and protective supplies through different channels, showing their determination to win the battle.
The active donation demonstrates our strong mind of working together to go through hard times, as well as the strong will of all the party members to tide over the crisis.
