Since the promulgation of Administrative Measures for Lifelong Education Credit Banks in Jiangsu Province (Trial) in December 2013, the Jiangsu Lifelong Education Credit Bank has established alliances with Jiangsu Open University and the City Vocational College of Jiangsu to implement learning outcomes accreditation and transfer. Jiangsu Lifelong Education Credit Bank has compiled a learning achievement framework that is consistent with the levels and standards of GDLEQF. Based on this, the bank cooperated with the Beauty Salon Association of Jiangsu Beauty and Hairdressing Association to develop a Nail Professional Occupational Proficiency Standard. As a result, the knowledge, skills and competencies required for the development of hand and foot care has been established, from Level 2 (junior level) to Level 6 (master degree level).
