On the occasion of the 101st Anniversary of the May 4th Movement and the 98th Anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China，the Youth League Committee of JSOU held a "Cloud" "May 4th Youth Day "Commendation Conference on the afternoon of April 30th with the theme of "Blooming Youth in the War Against Epidemic" by means of online live broadcasting. Jin Lixia, deputy secretary of the party committee and vice president of JSOU, Han Chenghui, director of the Organization Department, Ji Haiju, director of the Publicity Department, Shen Hong, deputy director of the Academic Affairs Office, as well as the heads of each school were present at the main venue. All the league members participated in the commendation conference by means of connecting online and watching the live broadcast. The meeting was presided over by Yin Xing, deputy secretary of JSOU Youth League Committee.
The ceremony began with the solemn national anthem. Commendation lists for individuals and collectives were announced at the conference. A group of young model figures and many outstanding youth groups were highly recognized and awarded. Three students representatives shared their work experiences as volunteers helping in local epidemic prevention and control.
At the end of the conference, Jin Lixia gave her sincere congratulations and best regards to all the awarded league members and groups, and raised high expectations and requirements for the young.
