On March 18th, Credit Bank Administrative Committee for Open Education in Yangtze River Delta held the annual work plan seminar online. Director and deputy director of Credit Bank Administrative Committee for Open Education in Yangtze River Delta, members of administrative center secretariat, heads of the Dean’s Office in open universities in the Yangtze River Delta and relevant members of the block chain construction project attended the seminar. Director of Zhejiang Credit Bank Administrative Committee presided over the seminar. Lu Wenhui, deputy president of Zhejiang Open University attended the seminar and gave a speech. Zhang Xuan, director of Jiangsu Lifelong Education Credit Bank Administrative Center, Er Baoku, deputy director of Jiangsu Lifelong Education Credit Bank Administrative Center and Chen Guojiu, deputy director of the Dean’s Office in JSOU attended the seminar as well.
At the seminar, members of administrative center discussed the plan of block chain construction project, 2021 standard construction work, university continuing education cooperation alliance construction, expert committee construction scheme, the conversion of learning achievements and 2021 Yangtze River Delta Credit Bank work plan. Heads of the Dean’s Office in open universities in the Yangtze River Delta proposed the scheme of starting from Credit Banks and sharing the advantageous majors and high-quality resources of academia education in the Yangtze River Delta, as well as the usage of parallel accounts for individual users and collective users.
The seminar also clarified that Jiangsu Lifelong Education Credit Bank Administrative Center would lead the construction of professional criteria for recognition of prior learning in the second period and explore the cross-regional conversion and application of all kinds of learning achievements in the Yangtze River Delta. Furthermore, the construction of information platform of Yangtze River Delta Credit Bank would be launched and integrated into services to be accessed via one website this year.
