On May 26th, JSOU held a selection employment fair on campus for graduates 2021 and 2022, in order to implement the national and provincial decisions to ensure employment, boost jobs for students and set up a high-quality platform.
Wang Jianming, secretary of JSOU Party Committee, visited the fair and investigated students’ job-hunting situation. He also had in-depth communication with the employers. Wang Jianming said that we should treat the career fair and publicity with an open mind, keep more quality employers informed and participate, encourage graduates from other universities to attend, increase employers’ chances of successful recruitment. Attention should be paid to the compatibility of demand and supply, customized guidance should be provided to graduates for their job hunting.
This activity not only serves as an exchange platform of on-site recruitment and internship for graduates, but also introduces the military conscription promotion and live post recommendation for the first time, which has drawn intense interest from students.

Commerce, a live post recommendation hosted by JSOU has become a hot-button spot in the venue. 7 high-quality enterprises, including Jiangsu Construction Engineering Group and Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited (BEWG) were invited to participate. Online employment recommendation, offline job interview, and employment concept guidance services are provided for college graduates especially those with financial difficulties in an effort to help them get a good job.
More than 50 enterprises were invited to participate in the fair, offering over 1,000 employment and internship positions. Leaders of secondary colleges and functional departments, deans, counselors and head teachers of graduating class also came to the site to investigate the needs of recruiters and offer consultations to graduates.
