On June 16th, the 1st International Blockchain Talent Exchange Summit and Intelligent Construction and Blockchain Summit Forum 2021 was successfully held in Nanjing International Expo Center. The forum was jointly held by JSOU, Jiangsu Provincial Talents Society and Nanjing Yuhuatai District Government.
Famous scholars from China and abroad, and senior enterprise managers from relevant fields gathered together to discuss the construction and development mode with scientific and technological innovation and industrialization promotion in the hope that an industrial chain of intelligent construction and blockchain technological innovation could be built.
At the forum, Intelligent Construction Safety Management System and Construction Site Intelligent Brain, jointly developed by JSOU Intelligent Construction and Blockchain Collaborative Innovation Research Center and Jiangsu Wanlian Blockchain Institute, were officially released.
Hou Xinyu, dean of JSOU School of Architecture and Engineering delivered a speech on behalf of JSOU President Cui Xinyou. He first extended sincere greetings to all the participants and introduced the history, running positioning and objectives of JSOU. He said that intelligent construction and blockchain both belonged to the category of next-generation information technology and had a wide range of application scenarios in the field of scientific and technological innovation. As joint organizer of the forum, JSOU Intelligent Construction and Blockchain Collaborative Innovation Research Center had accumulated a good scientific research foundation and enriched research resources in the past year.
Liu Xiaoqun, president of Jiangsu Provincial Talents Society, gave a speech as well. In his speech, he said that the core of boosting a transformation in economy, enhancing regional competitiveness for Jiangsu and achieving rapid development lied in talents. By holding the forum, the organizers hoped to provide a learning, cooperative and communicative platform for experts, scholars, entrepreneurs and talents nationwide and globally in related fields, promote the transformation of achievements in multi-industry and multidisciplinary integration. Promoting the implementation of technologies in blockchain and intelligent construction and accelerating sustainable development of scientific and technological innovation were also categorized into the expected results.
Ray Valdes, managing partner of the world's largest blockchain company ConsenSys and the former vice president of Gartner, and Dami An from Future Sense, a South Korean blockchain company, prepared special video presentations for the forum.
During the keynote speech, Zhu Wuxiang, a famous financial scientist and professor of Tsinghua University, delivered a live report entitled Business Model Innovation in Intelligent Construction Industry.
In the intelligent construction sub-forum, blockchain sub-forum and round table interview, authoritative experts and scholars from famous universities in China delivered relevant speeches and held heated discussions around their respective topics.
