Delegation from PLA Army Academy of Artillery and Air Defense Visited Jiangsu Lifelong Education Credit Bank
On June 3rd, Shen Mingyu, deputy director of Vocational Education Center of PLA Army Academy of Artillery and Air Defense and staff officer Zhang Zengchao, visited JSOU to investigate the construction of credit bank. Staff of Jiangsu Lifelong Education Credit Bank Administration Center received the guests and held a forum with them.
At the forum, Er Baoku, deputy director of Jiangsu Lifelong Education Credit Bank Administrative Center introduced the credit bank from the business scope, exploration practice and application mode. When combined with practical focuses, both parties made in-depth exchanges on realistic issues, such as credit bank framework construction, operational administration, systematical construction and supportive guarantee. An information platform for credit bank should be established while it was necessary to provide services like sorted storing of lifelong learning files, recognition and transfer of prior learning results. Er Baoku also showed the guests how man-machine interaction run in the credit bank, guided them to register a study account and demonstrated big data statistics.
Shen Mingyu said the visit would play a positive role in the construction of military vocational education credit bank and promotion of theoretical researches. With the support of national policies, PLA AAAAD would deepen the exchange and cooperation with Jiangsu Lifelong Education Credit Bank, explore the application and promotion of military vocational education credit bank in terms of data docking, professional training and personal growth of soldiers, in order to form a regional sample of Jiangsu and help the soldiers in career development.
