On November 19th, the opening ceremony of 2021 Jiangsu Advanced Research Project on Smart Construction Site and Safety Management was successfully held in JSOU.
Zhang Zhiyuan, director of Professional and Technical Office of Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jiangsu Province, Liu Xiaoqun, president of Jiangsu Provincial Talents Society, Wu Guanglin, vice president of JSOU, and leaders from related departments attended the opening ceremony. 69 trainees from various enterprises and institutions attended the training. Xu De, director of JSOU Smart Construction and Blockchain Collaborative Innovation Research Center, presided over the opening ceremony.
Wu Guanglin first gave a speech on behalf of JSOU. Wu expressed his thanks to Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jiangsu Province and Jiangsu Provincial Talents Society for their strong support, and extended his welcome to all the trainees. JSOU had always attached great importance to the knowledge update and continuing education. In recent years, JSOU undertook relevant activities through the platform of Intelligent Construction and Blockchain Collaborative Innovation Research Center. On the basis of previous experience, the advanced research project was an important achievement of the research center. The project would focus on blockchain, 5G, AI, IoT and future technologies. Wu believed that the project would bring positive influence to the participants.
Liu Xiaoqun pointed out that the new era called for new technology. During the process of deepening the reformation, it was urgent to update the knowledge for professionals. The project was also a beneficial exploration in updating the mode of professional training. He hoped that JSOU would seize the opportunity to make breakthroughs in personnel training mode.
Zhang Zhiyuan pointed out that the knowledge renewal and continuing education was an important work in accordance with the general requirements in the personnel work plan of the 14th Five-year Plan. In 2021, 2 national research projects and 20 provincial research projects were approved. He hoped that Jiangsu Provincial Talents Society and JSOU would highlight the traits of demonstration and leadership when fulfilling the projects. An advanced research project with high standards and high quality was expected.
The research project was approved a budget of RMB 100,000, which laid a solid foundation for the application of professional and technical personnel training base in Jiangsu.
