On June 16th, Niu Yutao, Member of the Standing Committee of JSOU’s Party Committee and Vice President, led a team to visit China Jiangsu International Economic-technical Cooperation Group (CJIETCG). Hou Xinyu, Director of Science and Technology Department, Yang Yuan, Dean of School of Foreign Languages, Dr. Liu Heng, and several managers of CJIETCG attended the panel discussion.
Established in1981 and authorized by the State Council, CJIETCG has a history of about 40 years in Project Contracting, Labor Service, Import & Export Trade, Real Estate Development, etc. So far the Group has launched business with about 80 countries and regions and established branches and representative offices in about 30 countries and regions all around the world. CJIETCG is one of the 500 biggest service enterprises in China and was awarded the national excellent enterprise of overseas contracted projects and labor services cooperation.
Vice President Niu introduced the overall development of JSOU, including the construction of disciplines, the accomplishment of personnel training, and the building of teaching staff, as well as the University’s “14th Five-Year Plan” with emphasis on win-win cooperation between JSOU and enterprises. Tian Zhongxiu, GM of CJIETCG’s Talents Development Co., Ltd., introduced the company development and talent demand. The two parties reached a consensus in exploring cooperation channels, integrating project resources, providing vocational education services, and transporting vocational education talents. The discussion was harmonious, and the two parties are looking forward to further in-depth researches, negotiations, and cooperation based on each other’s needs and advantages.
