On March 31st, JSOU was invited to the Launch Ceremony of “2023 Young International-and-Technology- Innovation Talents’ Festival and Opening Cooperation Conference of The University” hosted by the CPC Yixing Municipal Committee and Yixing Municipal Government held in Yixing.
The purpose of the conference is to attract high-end scientific and technological talents and research institutes to Yixing, cultivate interdisciplinary talents for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, promote the precise cooperation, accelerate the application and transformation, and catalyze the innovation and development of the cooperation model between government and enterprises.
After the conference, JSOU’s Vice President Zhang Xiao led the Discipline Construction Department and the School of Environment and Ecology to negotiate with the Organization Department of Yixing Municipal Committee and Heqiao Town Government on the promotion of academic qualifications of grassroots cadres, scientific research cooperation in environmental governance, and cultivation of talents. Later, the delegation conducted field research on Nanxin Cultural District, with a view to helping the development goal of rural revitalization through talent revitalization and ecological revitalization, and helping JSOU accelerate the establishment of a talent innovation hub.
