To help soldiers improve their comprehensive quality, on June 29, the Reading Festival on Taizhou Destroyer sponsored by JSOU was successfully held in Zhejiang Province. With the theme of Bettering the Reading Atmosphere for Whole People, Serving the Military and Civilians, this activity included licensing ceremony of Learning Garden, book-giving ceremony, and lectures on the 20th Party Congress and Taizhou Culture, making soldiers enjoy reading.
This year marks the 80th anniversary of the Yan'an Double Support Movement. Taizhou is also the birthplace of the navy and the mother city of sailors. It has always been one of JSOU’s responsibilities to play a leading role in social education by carrying out more activities to support the army and serving more soldiers on and beyond the Taizhou Destroyer.
