Recently, in the 4th Jiangsu Provincial University Student HR Management Challenge Competition, two teams from the Business School achieved outstanding results. Team 1, guided by teachers Chen Shuangshuang and Lai Huaqiang, secured a Second Prize, while Team 2, mentored by teachers Sun Jing and Xu Lu, won a Third Prize.
The competition was organized under the guidance of the Jiangsu Higher Education Society and hosted by the Jiangsu Productivity Society, targeting students from universities and junior colleges across Jiangsu Province. This year’s competition was co-hosted by Huaiyin Normal University, with approximately 90 teams. The contest mainly included two modules: intelligent simulation and competition of HR management, and HR big data analysis.
The two participating teams from the Business School demonstrated exceptional skills in the second module, showcasing the School's achievements in nurturing digitalized HR skills. In the future, the School will further its effort into professional skill competitions to cultivate more outstanding professionals.
