On April 11th, Lianyungang Open University (LOU) and Yili Vocational and Technical College(YVTC) held an online event for exchange. The activity was hosted by Li Xuewen, a guest teacher from LOU currently working at YVTC, and joined by more than 80 teachers and students.
The activity kicked off in the anthem of the Communist Youth League. Leaders of the two schools made speeches respectively, introducing the measures and effects of student work, the construction of Youth League organizations, characteristic activities, and voluntary projects. The two parties also expressed their expectation for more conversation and communication, resource sharing, and joint innovation. Wang Yitong and Gao Xiaoyun, student representatives of LOU performed a duo of Zhongruan and Guzheng (Chinese moon guitar and Chinese zither), and Sun Yuze presented a calligraphy work; students from YVTC presented an ethnic talent show. All teachers and students joined in a recitation to celebrate the ending of the event.
Through this activity, teachers and students of the two schools are able to share their learning and practical experience, which deepens their friendship and provides valuable experience for the future work of the Youth League.
