On June 24th, the School of Business of our university formally signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Nanjing Yunji Cultural Industry Development Co., Ltd. and held an unveiling ceremony for the Industry-Education Integration Training Base. In attendance were key representatives from both parties, including Nanjing Yunji’s Director Fang Boyang, Executive Director Wang Lei, General Manager Wang Shuang, Operations Director Zhou Haimei, and HR Specialist Wei Zixin, alongside the School of Business’ Deputy Party Secretary and Vice Dean Ding Xiaohua, Marketing Department Head Chen Xiangnan, International E-Commerce Department teacher Yi Yenan, Marketing Department teacher Sun Jing, and counselor Qiu Guowei.
The collaboration was solidified after multiple in-depth discussions and reciprocal visits. In June 2024, Dean Zhou Xiaojun led the School of Business’ first delegation to Nanjing Yunji as part of an employment-promotion initiative. The company reciprocated with two campus recruitment sessions in October 2024 and March 2025. Vice Dean Ding Xiaohua revisited Nanjing Yunji with faculty and students in April 2025, progressively refining joint efforts in talent development, curriculum innovation, internships, and career placement. Both parties recognize that deepening university-enterprise cooperation is pivotal to enhancing higher education quality and meeting industry demands.
General Manager Wang Shuang noted that the university’s commitment to industry-education integration left a strong impression. Under this partnership, Nanjing Yunji will provide students with hands-on industry training, while anticipating a talent pipeline from the school — a true win-win synergy.
At the signing ceremony, operational details were finalized. The School of Business will tailor its curricula to corporate needs, incorporating real-world projects. Joint plans include market simulation modules for marketing majors and cutting-edge digital culture industry case studies for e-commerce courses. Additional collaborations, such as live-streaming studio development, were also confirmed.
Vice Dean Ding Xiaohua emphasized that this initiative bridges education and industry chains. The school will prioritize practice-oriented teaching to cultivate interdisciplinary talent aligned with market evolution.
Amid a vibrant atmosphere, Ding Xiaohua and Wang Shuang inked the cooperation agreement and unveiled the training base plaque, marking the partnership’s official launch. Moving forward, both institutions will leverage this platform to deepen collaboration in talent cultivation, skill development, and research innovation, driving regional economic and industrial advancement.
