From March 23 to 27, the art and design exhibition themed "Conveying Craftsmanship Charm, Inspiring New with Digital Intelligence" was held. It was hosted by the Youth League Committee (University Student Art Center) and organized by the School of Design.
The exhibition integrated traditional charm, modern thinking, and digital intelligence. Works included design, handicrafts, video, and music. Featured pieces included award-winning works from the first Jiangsu Vocational Student Creative Works Exhibition, the first Jiangsu University Student AI Art Creation Competition, and the 2025 Jiangsu City Vocational College Era Charm Art Exhibition.
Works such as Mountain Dwelling, Revitalizing Weaving, and Dream Records of the Southern Metropolis explored regional culture and intangible cultural heritage, blending Jiangnan heritage with modern design. Traditional Jiama showcased folk blessing culture through woodcut art. Diver: Garbage Cleaner of Marine Ecology and Morning Song of the Yangtze River were created using domestic AI platforms, combining digital art and AI music to interpret ecological and future visions.
The exhibition attracted students and faculty, providing an immersive art experience. It demonstrated the university's teaching achievements and showcased students' creativity, reflecting the university's commitment to innovation, tradition, and digital empowerment.
