The Jiangsu Lifelong Education Credit Bank, operated by Jiangsu Open University under the Provincial Department of Education, has completed a major service upgrade. It is now accessible through “Su Fu Ban,” the province’s integrated government service platform, as well as “My Nanjing,” Alipay, and WeChat. Individual and institutional users can log in via real-name verification.
The Credit Bank provides storage, recognition, accumulation, and conversion services for learning outcomes. Previously available only to Nanjing residents through “My Nanjing,” the service now covers all 13 cities in Jiangsu. Users can search for “Credit Bank” on the Su Fu Ban app or WeChat/Alipay mini-programs and open an account with one-click authorization, eliminating repeated registration and verification.
With unified accounts and real-time data sharing across platforms, students, professionals, and senior learners can manage their lifelong learning records, deposit learning outcomes, and download recognition reports anytime, anywhere.
The upgrade leverages provincial government service resources to simplify procedures and connect learning outcome management with public services. The Credit Bank will continue improving platform experience, expanding application scenarios, and enhancing its service ecosystem to support the development of a learning society.
